The disclaimer language provided by Agent Bionics is offered as a convenience to assist licensed insurance agents in meeting Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) marketing requirements under 42 CFR Part 422 Subpart V and 42 CFR Part 423 Subpart V. Agent Bionics is a software platform and is not a law firm, compliance consultancy, or regulatory authority, and nothing provided through the platform constitutes legal, compliance, or regulatory advice.
Each agent is solely responsible for: (a) determining whether the Medicare disclaimer applies to their business and selecting the appropriate setting (disclaimer enabled or disclaimer opt-out); (b) selecting the appropriate disclaimer option (generic or specific) when the disclaimer is enabled; (c) if the editable option is selected, entering accurate and current values for the number of organizations represented and the number of products offered in the agent's service area; (d) re-enabling the disclaimer if the agent's business activities change to include Medicare products; (e) verifying that all disclaimers and marketing materials comply with current CMS regulations and all applicable carrier-specific requirements; and (f) consulting independent legal counsel, the agent's E&O carrier, and contracted carrier compliance teams before deploying any marketing material.
By using the Agent Bionics platform, the agent acknowledges and agrees that Agent Bionics, its officers, members, affiliates, parent companies, and licensors disclaim all liability for any regulatory action, carrier disciplinary action, fine, penalty, contract termination, or other consequence arising from the agent's use, modification, omission, inaccurate entry, or opt-out of any disclaimer or compliance content made available through the platform.

I do not sell Medicare Advantage, Medicare Part D, Medicare Supplement, or related Medicare products
I am not a Third-Party Marketing Organization (TPMO) as defined under 42 CFR § 422.2267 or § 423.2267
If my business activities change to include Medicare products, I will re-enable the disclaimer before using this signature for any Medicare-related communication
I accept full responsibility for this decision and release Agent Bionics from any liability arising from the absence of a Medicare disclaimer in my signature
Use it
How to install per platform
Gmail / Google Workspace: Click Copy signature, then Gmail → Settings → See all settings → General → Signature → paste.
Outlook (web / new): Click Copy signature, then Settings → Mail → Compose and reply → paste into the signature box.
Outlook (desktop): Click Download .htm, drop the file in %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Signatures\, then pick it in File → Options → Mail → Signatures. (Or just paste.)
Zoho Mail: Click Copy signature, then Settings → Mail → Signatures → paste.
GHL Workflows: Click Copy GHL workflow tag above, then paste it into the body of any workflow email template where you want your signature to appear. The tag is {{custom_values.email_signature_html}} — GHL substitutes the full rendered signature at send time. The signature is auto-synced to this custom value every time you open this page (or submit your Setup Wizard), so it stays current.
