How to install per platform
Gmail / Google Workspace: Click Copy signature, then Gmail → Settings → See all settings → General → Signature → paste.
Outlook (web / new): Click Copy signature, then Settings → Mail → Compose and reply → paste into the signature box.
Outlook (desktop): Click Download .htm, drop the file in %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Signatures\, then pick it in File → Options → Mail → Signatures. (Or just paste.)
Zoho Mail: Click Copy signature, then Settings → Mail → Signatures → paste.
GHL Workflows: Use Copy raw HTML and drop it into the email template’s source/code view, or store it in an email_signature_html custom value.
